Buried within the human psyche are feelings, yearnings, anxieties too deep for words, usually. Only sometimes do we see it in ourselves. Always it is something outside ourselves that touches us, somehow, where we feel most deeply. At such moments we remember that we are humans — not mere living creatures, but human beings, profoundly and deeply shaped by a moral sensibility so powerful that it breaks through our inhibitions; it can burst out, explode into public view, to our own astonishment. And sometimes that objective form — a person, an event, an object, a song — embodies deeply felt sensibilities for a lot of us at once, so that we discover how much we share in our private worlds, worlds otherwise inaccessible to anyone one else. It becomes a social event, so we can all rejoice, and weep, together.

Michael: so i can’t access sites that i know are up - one of which is my web exchange account, hosted at exchange.atomic-colo.com
Michael: i can access them fine with my blackberry
Yana Jones: Michael, I understand that you are unable to access some websites. Am I correct?
Michael: yes
Yana Jones: Which site are you facing issue with?
Michael: http://exchange.atomic-colo.com
Michael: atomic-colo.com
Michael: lunalux.com
Yana Jones: Do you use Internet Explorer as the browser?
Michael: no
Michael: i’m very internet savvy. i know that something is wrong between the communication with time-warner and something in Minneapolis where these sites are hosted as I can get to them just fine with my blackberry. i also can get to every other site just fine on my computer.
Yana Jones: Which browser do you access?
Michael: i’m using both firefox and safari, but i also can’t connect to the exchange server using my entourage client.
Michael: this is not a browser issue.
Yana Jones: Are you able to access Web Mail?
Michael: what is webmail? i don’t use time warner mail
Yana Jones: Web Mail is Road Runner platform to check emails.
Yana Jones: Are you able to access internet smoothly?
Michael: yes. i said that before. the only thing i can’t access are these handful of sites - one of which includes my exchange host. i can get to all those sites, including http://exchange.atomic-colo.com, just fine using my blackberry.
Yana Jones: Michael, I would be glad to assist you. However, we can assist you with issues related to Road Runner products and services. For assistance with Exchange Server, please contact technicians at Microsoft as they have the required information.
Yana Jones: I can provide contact details for Microsoft Support.
Michael: wow. this has NOTHING TO DO WITH MY EXCHANGE SERVER HAVING ISSUES
Michael: like i said - there are a HANDFUL OF WEBSITES i CANNOT ACCESS using time warner internet ONLY
Yana Jones: You can add the websites under Trusted Site on your Firefox browser
Michael: it has nothing to do with that. thanks for everything, i will try calling to get someone who understands the issue.
Yana Jones: To further isolate the issue, you can email the name of the websites on blockinfo@security.rr.com
Michael: that would be awesome if my email was working. thanks
